In the upper Val d’Enza, almost on the border between Emilia and Tuscany, a few kilometers from the Lagastrello Pass, and km. 80 from Parma, you will find Camping Valdenza in the Apennines.

Where is it
It is located in the Parco dei 100 Laghi, surrounded by meadows, pastures and forests of oak and beech trees, where you can enjoy a panorama that sweeps over the Enza and Cedra valleys and the high peaks of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, which characterize the area.
What services does the campsite offer
The campsite is made up of mainly lawned pitches, of which:
- 6 Bungalow
- 22 pitches for campers with a column for electricity connections
- 70 pitches for tents and caravans with column for electricity connections
n. 1 camper service, n. 1 sanitary block with washing machine, tennis court, children’s play area, and the Bar / Restaurant, where you can enjoy typical local cuisine and other services.
What to do in the area
From the campsite you can do many activities such as trekking and MTB excursions, discovering the lakes and ponds that are part of the 100 Laghi Park.
Excursions, where?
- Lagastrello or the Squincio lake. Furthermore, it can be confined to the province of Reggio Emilia from which the top of Monte Acuto stands out or to that of Massa Carrara with the meadows of Comano.
- In the nearby area of Prato Spilla, from which you can go up to the ridge to enjoy a truly unique, almost alpine panorama, and continue along the beautiful paths that lead up to the upper Val Parma.
The campsite is a few hundred meters from the village of Rigoso where there is a bar / tobacconist and in the summer a food shop.
