Address: Via Cacchioli no. 1
We are in the province of Parma on the slope of the first Apennines which, from the castle of Torrechiara, passes Langhirano and its ham factories and climbs towards Cozzano and its pine forest.
In this rural landscape where the rhythms are slow and it seems to go back in time, is La Trattoria Rossini. Open for a couple of years, it offers home cooking, typical of this area. Their dishes are freshly prepared and smell of home and authenticity.
The main dishes are in fact the typical fried cake with excellent local cured meats and Parmigiano Reggiano, homemade first courses and grilled meat.
The Trattoria Rossini in winter is open only on weekends and holidays, while in the summer it is also open during the week.
