The Battistero Dairy dates back to 1939, producing high-quality Parmigiano Reggiano each day, with milk from herds owned by partners in Val Ceno and Val Pessola. Here we are in the heart of the Food Valley, deep in an area rich in the water, woods and the clean air of the Parma Appennines. Lorenzo is pleased to welcome visitors to the daily, with the traditional Emilia hospitality and the passion with which he expresses his love for his work. You can park in the front of the dairy gates, if you give advance notice. You can connect to an electricity supply point and discarge water.
