Information on handling of personal data
Here we describe how the www.incampercongusto.it manages users’ personal data, as per Article 13 of Italian State Decree 196/2003 and Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679.

This site fully respects all relevant legislation.
The information offered here only concerns this website, and not any others that you might visit from www.incampercongusto.it.
Types of data gathered
Personal data is gathered:
– via the voluntary sending of data by users, via emails sent to the email addresses listed in the Contacts section, or via the compilation of the relevant form;
– via registration to our newsletter service by users, via the compilation of the relevant form.
– other information that cannot be traced back to individual users are used to ensure the correct functioning of this website during navigation: this includes for instance IP addresses, domain names, types of browser used, date and time of request for information made to our server, and other information about the operating system and ICT system of users. This data is gathered only to allow the site to function correctly, and does not allow for users’ to be identified or their personal data revealed. These can be considered, therefore, anonymous data.
Why we gather personal data
“In Camper con Gusto” gathers, registers and uses data voluntarily supplied by users (as per the mechanisms described above) solely to satisfy the requests made by those users.
How we treat personal data
Personal data gathered by www.incampercongusto.it is managed at our registered office at Via Ugo Betti 16 – 43122 Parma, by staff specifically charged with doing so. This occurs in electronic and paper forms, and in compliance with the rules on the treatment of personal data. We follow security measures designed to ensure that personal data is not lost, used for illegal purposes or subject to unauthorised access.
Duration of data handling
We keep and manage personal data only for the time necessary to satisfy the objectives for which the data was initially gathered. You can request that this be interrupted at any time, or the cancellation of the data gathered.
Who can see the personal data we gather
“In Camper con Gusto” does not communicate such data to third-parties, except where strictly necessary to satisfy the requests of the users themselves. We do not communicate personal data to others.
Such data can be handled and stored inside the EU by companies who guarantee the maximum respect for personal data, and in compliance with EU Rule 2016/679, and only for the specific purposes detailed herein. Personal data is otherwise not distributed or communicated.
Consent and refusal
Except where indicated for navigation data, users voluntarily supply their personal details by sending an email to addresses published here. Failure to supply personal data can make it impossible to obtain the services requested.
Interested parties, as defined by Articles 15-22 of EU Rule 2016/679, have the right at any time to receive confirmation of the existence or otherwise of their personal data on our server via the Data Manager, to learn what it contains and where it comes from, to request that it be checked or have other information added, to have cancelled, rectified or put aside if used illegally, and to reject its handling at any time for legitimate reasons.
