The Faggio a Ventasso Lake campsite is in the National Tuscan-Emilian Appennine Park, at the base of the Ventasso mountain, in a green area surrounded by woods and fields. It is centrally located but peaceful nonetheless, and allow for easy winter access to the ski areas, and in summer to the many rekking paths buried in the natural beauty. The campsite has considerable space, allowing for an excellent dinner in company of friends and other visitors – you can also discover the legend of S. Maria Maddalena and the Monte delle Fate. Nature lovers can go fishing, or gather mushrooms or forest fruits. Another popular destination is the Calamone lake, which is easily reached via a relaxing walk.
