The rest-area at Castell’Arquato allows both parking and overnight stays, but it only offers toilet facilities to campers. It is concreted and open all year.
It is opposite the town cemetery, in Piazzale di Cima, in the upper part of the town. If you arrive from the main provincial road, follow Via Giovanbattista Niero, take the left at Strada Ricò, follow onto Via Pontenuovo and Strada Circonvallazione, and there you will find the area. At the entrance to astell’Arquato, you can follow the roadsigns for Car-Park 4.
Castell’Arquato is a splendid medieval town that dominates the Arda Valley, known as the town of the lovers.
